2. Hosting and Technical Service Providers

We host the contents of our website with an external provider (host). We deliver images and videos via a content delivery network and send emails through an external service provider. All three companies are based in the European Union.

External Hosting

This website is hosted externally by Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG, Königsberger Straße 4–6, 32339 Espelkamp, Germany (hereinafter “Mittwald”). The personal data collected on this website is stored on Mittwald servers in Germany. This may include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website accesses and other data generated via a website.

External hosting is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Where corresponding consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and Section 25 para. 1 TDDDG, insofar as the consent covers the storage of cookies or access to information on the user's device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TDDDG. Data Processing Agreement

We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Mittwald. This is a contract required under data protection law which ensures that Mittwald processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

Content Delivery Network (bunny.net)

We deliver images, videos and downloads on this website via the content delivery network of BunnyWay d. o. o., Dunajska cesta 165, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (hereinafter “bunny.net”). Your IP address is transmitted to bunny.net so that the requested file can be delivered to your device. For this purpose, bunny.net stores technical access data such as a shortened IP address, the requested address, country code and browser identifier.

This service is used in the interest of secure, fast and resource-efficient delivery of our content (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Where corresponding consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and Section 25 para. 1 TDDDG; consent can be revoked at any time.

bunny.net operates a worldwide network of delivery servers. Depending on your location, your request may therefore be answered by a server outside the European Union. For such cases, the transfer is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. We have concluded a data processing agreement with bunny.net.

Email Dispatch (Brevo)

For sending emails – in particular the notifications from our contact and NDA forms – we use the Brevo service provided by Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany (a subsidiary of Sendinblue SAS, 17 rue de Salneuve, 75017 Paris, France). The data you enter in the forms is transmitted to Brevo and processed there for the purpose of dispatch. Processing takes place on servers within the European Union.

The basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR if your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, otherwise our legitimate interest in reliable and traceable email dispatch (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Brevo.
